Where we ship

We ship to . Shipping is added at checkout, before you pay. Orders shipped outside the United States may owe import duties and taxes, which the carrier collects on delivery and which aren’t included in our prices.

When it ships

Orders ship in the order they’re placed, and you’ll get a tracking number by email when yours ships. Express orders ship out within 24 hours; if one doesn’t, we refund the difference between the Express and standard prices.

If we can’t ship your order within 30 days, we’ll email you with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Cancelling an order

Any time before it ships, for a full refund. Message us on the Discord or email .

Returns

You can return CamLamp within days of delivery if it’s unused, in its original packaging and with everything that came with it. We refund the price of CamLamp and any unopened add-ons to your original payment method once it arrives back. Return shipping is yours to pay, unless it arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered. The Express upgrade is refunded only if your order missed its 24 hours.

If you’re in the EU or UK, the law gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel and return your order, and that right applies instead of the shorter window above.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you, including shipping.

Orders on eBay

Returns for orders placed on eBay go through eBay’s returns process.
